These astral twins have a lot to talk about as they bring to a close the season of spring. The first mutable sign of the zodiac, Geminis are constantly curious and adaptable to change. They rule the third house, which is the house of communication, making them fascinating conversationalists, with a love for growing relationships through shared ideas. This goes hand in hand with their ruling planet, Mercury, which is also communication dominant. Their quick wit and social nature make them a joy to be around, but their attention can sometimes seem fleeting. 

“Also known as the Dioscuri, Castor and Pollux were twin sons of Leda. Zeus seduced Leda in the form of a swan, and in the same night she also laid with her husband, Tyundarus, King of Sparta. From these two unions, she gave birth to two sets of twin eggs. In one set was Castor and Pollux, Castor being the mortal son of Tyndareus, and Pollux being the demigod son of Zeus. The other set of eggs contained Helen (of Troy) and Clytemnestra. Castor and Pollux were inseperable, fighting in battles together and embarking on adventures, like the quest for the golden fleece with Jason and the Argonauts. When Castor died, Pollux sacrificed half of his immortality to have his brother back. From then on, they would alternate between Olympus and Hades.”
